2. Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship worldwide from the United States.

Order processing. Orders are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your garment to be printed and prepared before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates. Once dispatched:

–     United States — 3 to 7 business days

–     Canada — 5 to 12 business days

–     Rest of world — 7 to 21 business days

These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs inspections are outside our control.

Shipping cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. The cost is shown in full before you pay — there are no charges added after checkout.

Tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, email us.

Customs, duties and import taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in your total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Refusing a parcel to avoid duties does not entitle you to a refund of shipping costs.

Wrong address. Please check your shipping address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.

Lost or delayed parcels. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours and your local carrier depot first, then email us. For parcels that stop moving in transit, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
